How we work
- 1. Survey (week 1): On-site walk-through with your Facility Manager and IT lead.
- 2. Plan (week 2): Detailed floor plan, IT runbook, communication plan for staff.
- 3. Pre-move (Fri): Employees pack personal items in labeled crates we deliver.
- 4. Execution (Sat–Sun): 8–20 movers plus IT technicians work in parallel.
- 5. Handover (Mon 07:00): Every workstation tested and signed off before staff arrives.

- Can you move over the weekend to avoid downtime?
- Yes – 90% of our office moves happen Friday evening to Sunday. Employees leave their desks packed on Friday and return to a fully wired workspace on Monday morning.
- Do you handle IT, servers and network?
- Yes. Our IT-certified team disconnects, transports (climate-controlled), reconnects and tests every workstation, printer, switch and server. Backup verification is included.
- Is the process GDPR-compliant?
- Absolutely. All personnel sign NDAs, sensitive materials travel in locked cages with signed handover logs, and we're insured up to SEK 10M per incident.
